International Shipping Costs & Duties

  • All international orders (outside India) are charged INR 2000 per kg (approx. USD 20).

  • Customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery, based on the actual rates set by the destination country.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Indian and international orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • Customized outfits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Delivery Timelines

International Orders

  • Standard delivery: 20–25 days from shipping date.

  • During festivals: 35–45 days.

Within India

  • Standard delivery: 14–18 days from shipping date.

  • During festivals: 25–30 days.

Customized Outfits

  • Dispatch time: 25–45 days (minimum).

Payment Methods for International Orders

We accept all major international credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid and COD orders are not eligible for cancellation — only a credit note can be issued for future use.

  • COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing bhavini9728@gmail.com.
