We understand that occasionally, you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to ensure a seamless and stress-free process for you. *Returns*

We take great care to ensure that your orders are meticulously checked for quality and accuracy. While it's uncommon to receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, in the rare event that such an issue arises, we are here to assist you.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.

customisation Made on order are not eligible for exchange or return.


If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we will try to send you a fresh piece within one week.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

No exchange or return for Sarees.

*Exchanges*

Exchanges are not accepted in certain circumstances:

- Color differences of up to 10-15% due to variations in screen resolutions, lighting, and editing.
- Disliking the material or color of the product, as product descriptions are provided for your reference.
- Changing your mind without a valid reason after placing the order.

*Exchange Due to Size Issues*

We encourage you to consult our size chart on each product page before confirming your order. If you have any doubts or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via Instagram DM or WhatsApp we will be happy to assist you in selecting the size.

1. Size exchanges can be requested within 2 days of delivery for unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products.

2 You will need to send back the product to us. We won’t arrange the pickup we will only send the exchanged size back and for that fee of Rs. 250/- will be charged to cover logistics expenses re-dispatch of your order.

3. Once we receive the payment of Rs. 250/- in our bank account and the outfit, we will send back the exchanged size outfit within 10 days.

Also, remember you can only exchange one size larger or smaller than what you have originally ordered.
