RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – BhaviniParis

Thank you for shopping with Bhavini Paris. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the size of your item, you may request a size exchange only. Returns or refunds are not accepted. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

At Bhavini Paris, we take great pride in the quality and attention to detail in each piece we create. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Purchases made using a coupon code or gift voucher
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Sarees
  • International orders

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order, especially for sale or customised pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Email us at bhavini9728@gmail.com with your order number and clear product images.
  • Send the product back to us.
  • Once received and verified, we will send a fresh replacement within 7 business days.

Size Exchange Policy (India Only)

We understand the importance of a perfect fit. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, please note:

Request Timeframe: Within 2 days of delivery.
Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
Exchange Limit: Only one size larger or smaller than the original order can be exchanged.
Shipping: Customers must send the product back to us at their own cost (no pickup service available).
Exchange Fee: ₹250 flat fee for logistics to dispatch the new size.

Process:

  • Ship the product back to our address.
  • Pay ₹250 to our bank account (details will be shared).
  • Once we receive the product and payment, we will dispatch the new size within 10 working days.

Important Notes

  • Color variations of up to 10–15% may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences; this is not considered a valid reason for exchange or return.
  • Personal preferences—such as disliking the fabric, color, or changing your mind—are not eligible for exchange or return.
